Judo is a very close contact sport and as such has increased risk of transmission from infected persons If you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms please ensure that you please ensure that you conduct a test for Covid-19 and produce a negative result before you attend

We are committed to ensuring that the club remains a safe and secure environment for all of our students are able to practice in. To that end we have implemented several policies to minimise the risk of contamination and ensure that we can continue to train with minimal risk of infection.

  1. Please ensure that you are in good health prior to attending a class. If you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms please ensure that you conduct a covid with a negative result before you attend. Furthermore although Covid is very much the primary consideration for this, bear in mind that there are other viral infections around that are equally easy to spread. as such if you are unwell please consider missing a session and resting
  2. Any friends and family that are staying to watch the session, please ensure that you wear a mask. however it is not required. Training with a mask will be prohibitve, as such students may wear a mask during a session however it is not required.
  3. Use of alcohol sterilising gel is encouraged before and after the session, There will be alcohol gel available on site.
  4. We are instigating regular cleaning of the mats on a rotational basis, to minimise the potential for infection.
